Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One11 HPC Pro 800 Easy Entry 2027 — Full-Suspension Touring
The 2027 Cube Kathmandu Hybrid One11 HPC Pro 800 Easy Entry is one of the more unusual bikes in Cube’s range, and one of the most comfortable. It takes a High Performance Carbon front triangle, adds 100mm of rear suspension and a Bosch CX drive, then wraps the whole thing in a low step-through frame with a full touring specification. As a result, rough surfaces that would rattle a conventional tourer simply disappear beneath you.
Carbon Front Triangle with 100mm Rear Suspension
The C:62 carbon front triangle pairs with an aluminium 6061 T6 rear end, using Cube’s FSP 4-Link suspension design and a neatly sited trunnion-mount SR Suntour EdgeX 2CR shock. At the front, an SR Suntour XCR34X air fork matches that 100mm of travel. Because the suspension works with Efficient Comfort Geometry rather than against it, the bike stays stable and predictable even when it’s loaded.
Bosch Performance Line CX and 800Wh Battery
Bosch’s Performance Line CX motor provides up to 120Nm of assistance, which is the right amount of power for a bike that will often be carrying luggage over long distances. The 800Wh PowerTube battery is fully integrated into the carbon frame, and a Purion 200 controller with integrated display keeps the cockpit clean. Consequently, you get serious range without a bulky battery spoiling the bike’s lines.
Integrated Carrier 3.0 and Full Touring Equipment
Cube’s Integrated Carrier 3.0 is built into the aluminium rear triangle, giving a stiffer and quieter platform for panniers than a bolt-on rack. Acid PRO-E lights run off the main battery, so there’s nothing extra to charge, and full mudguards and a kickstand are fitted as standard. Furthermore, a Cube dropper seatpost with a handlebar lever makes putting a foot down at junctions genuinely easy.
Shimano Cues 1×11 and Powerful Four-Piston Brakes
Shimano’s Cues groupset provides straightforward, reliable 11-speed shifting with an 11-50T cassette, which suits a touring bike far better than a race-derived drivetrain. Shimano BR-MT420 hydraulic disc brakes with 203mm rotors front and rear give the stopping power a loaded 27kg e-bike deserves. Schwalbe Marathon Efficiency 55mm tyres complete the package with low rolling resistance and strong puncture protection.
