The 2027 Cube Nuroad EX is the model most riders end up choosing, and it’s easy to see why. A lightweight Aluminium 6061 T6 Superlite frame carries a full C:62 carbon fork, and the drivetrain is Shimano’s gravel-specific GRX in 1×12 form. As a result, you get the shifting and braking quality of a much more expensive bike, at 10.5kg and with a complete set of rack and mudguard mounts.
The GRX RD-RX822 rear derailleur runs a 10-51T cassette, giving a range wide enough for loaded touring as well as steep off-road climbs. GRX levers are shaped specifically for rough-surface control, with textured hoods that stay secure in the wet. Because there’s a clutch in the rear derailleur, the chain stays quiet and secure over washboard gravel.
The carbon fork is the component that transforms how an aluminium gravel bike rides. It filters out a great deal of high-frequency vibration from the road and trail, so your hands and shoulders stay fresher on long days. Furthermore, it carries lowrider mounts for front panniers and an internal light cable option, which keeps bikepacking and commuting setups tidy.
The Nuroad EX has one of the broadest size ranges of any gravel bike, running from XXS through to XXL. The XXS frame uses 27.5in wheels with a 45×584 tyre so that the handling stays correct rather than being compromised by an oversized front wheel. Consequently, riders at both ends of the height range get a bike that actually fits, rather than the nearest available compromise.
There’s clearance for 50mm tyres, or 45mm with mudguards fitted, plus mounts for a rear rack and a kickstand. The Newmen Performance X.R.25 wheelset is tubeless ready, and the Schwalbe G-One R Performance 45mm tyres it comes with convert easily. Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors handle the stopping in all weathers.

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.
Small orders should arrive within 3-5 business days and bike orders can take up to 5-10 business days.

Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, CUBE provides customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:
