Built around Marin’s proven Series 2 6061 aluminium frame, it handles road commutes, gravel tracks, and light off-road adventures with ease. It’s Marin’s most affordable Gestalt, but it doesn’t feel like it.
A Frame Built for the Long Haul
The Series 2 Beyond Road aluminium frame is the foundation of everything the Gestalt does well. It features internal cable routing for a clean finish, disc-specific forged dropouts, and mounts for a mudguard and rear rack. So whether you’re loading up for a bikepacking trip or battling through a wet British winter, this frame has you covered.
The straight-blade aluminium fork adds stiffness and precision, while the relieved head tube and bottom bracket keep the overall weight sensible.
Reliable Gearing and Braking You Can Trust
Shifting is handled by a Shimano Claris 2×8-speed groupset — a reliable, well-regarded choice for entry-level gravel and road riding. The FSA Tempo compact chainset (50/34T) paired with a SunRace 11-32T cassette gives you a wide range of gears for tackling climbs and carrying speed on the flat.
Stopping power comes from Tektro MD-C400 mechanical disc brakes with 160mm rotors front and rear. They offer consistent, all-weather braking — something that matters a great deal on UK roads and trails.
Ready to Roll on Any Surface
The WTB Exposure Comp 700×36 tyres strike a great balance between rolling efficiency and grip on loose or uneven surfaces. The double-wall Marin aluminium wheels are built tough, with 14g stainless steel spokes and 6-bolt disc-specific hubs.
The compact 16° flared drop handlebar encourages a natural riding position whether you’re on the hoods or the drops, and the included Marin perforated bar tape gives a comfortable, secure grip.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.

Warranty & Insurance
CUBE Warranty
Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, CUBE provides customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:
For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2011 and older CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:
Aluminium: 5-year guarantee
Titanium: 5-year guarantee
Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 2-year guarantee
For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2012 and onwards CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:
Aluminium: 6-year guarantee
Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 3-year guarantee
If a break occurs during this period (from date of sale), CUBE will replace the item with the same or similar. This warranty applies only to the frame. The cost of components necessary for the frame’s function (e.g., seat post, derailleur, headset, rear shock, etc.) must be borne by the customer.
Bosch Warranty:
Our E-Bikes come with 2 year warranty on all Bosch parts. The warranty begins with the sale of the e-bike, up to a maximum of 48 months from the battery’s date of manufacture.
Bosch e-bike batteries also have a guarantee that within the first 2 years or up to 500 full charge cycles the battery will hold 60% of it’s nominal capacity.
Insurance:
VeloLife offers 90 days of free insurance on your brand new CUBE bike. They will give you 30 days free cover when you sign up and, if you choose to buy a bike policy, they will discount 2 months premium off the cost of the first years cover.
