They can be intuitively controlled via the control unit, are compact and protected against water splash and dust. Minimalist navigation function

With the clear, free navigation function for Kiox 500, you can reach your destination in the most efficient way by planning your route in the eBike Flow app or importing it from komoot. You can transfer it to your display via Bluetooth and an arrow will symbolise your current position. The route is indicated by a clear line and turn-by-turn directions guide you. With the Kiox 500, additional notification tones sound, for example, before a turn. The arrival time, distance and time to destination as well as the range in each riding mode can be called up using the control units on the Kiox 500.

Individually customisable display indicator

You can customise the display on your Kiox 500 using the eBike Flow app: define the order and content of the screens yourself (available from summer). You can also customise the status bar. Display the battery charge level, the time, or the speed – simply via your control unit. Getting the exact information that is important to you on your ride.

Display as a key

Turn your Kiox 500 into a key for your eBike. It’s as intuitive as it sounds: simply remove the display from the mount and stow it away. This immediately provides additional protection for your eBike. Reinsert the display and use it to activate motor support before riding off.

Enhance performance and motivation

The Kiox 500 show you extensive distance and fitness data. They inform you, for example, whether you are currently riding above or below your personal average: Get motivated though the graphical comparison of power and cadence. After the ride, you can also share all the recorded fitness data with Strava, Apple Health and komoot via the eBike Flow app.

Flexible display alternative

Need more screen area? Use your mobile all-rounder: instead of the Kiox 500, place the SmartphoneGrip on the display mount and use your smartphone with the eBike Flow app as a large display – with more comprehensive navigation.

With a shift recommendation, you shift more efficiently and ride in the optimum gear: the Kiox 500 provides you with tips on shifting up and down.

If you ride an eBike with eShift, the electric gear shifting solution, the displays show you the current and maximum gear. Via the Kiox 500, you can set your target cadence (only for enviolo gears); your eBike will then automatically shift to help you reach it.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.

In-Store Pick up is also available at checkout, if you’d like to come and pick up in person!

Returns

30 Day UK Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and therefore we offer a 30-day returns policy for any unwanted and unused items that are still within their original packaging. Please be aware that in this instance the customer must cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.

We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you’re returning a faulty item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

All Items will be inspected upon return before issuing a refund.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and refuse the return.
Please return items with a cover letter.
Please retain your proof of postage.
For faulty products, we will refund the return shipping cost upon inspection.
We will also refund the shipping if an incorrect item has been sent to you.
Be aware that we DO NOT refund the returns shipping cost of an unwanted bike. Including Electric Bikes. Be sure before purchasing that it is the correct size and model that you want. Our helpful team are only a phone call away – 01425 403584
The refund processing time can take up to 10 working days.

Warranty & Insurance

CUBE Warranty

Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, CUBE provides customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2011 and older CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 5-year guarantee

Titanium: 5-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 2-year guarantee

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2012 and onwards CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 6-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 3-year guarantee

If a break occurs during this period (from date of sale), CUBE will replace the item with the same or similar. This warranty applies only to the frame. The cost of components necessary for the frame’s function (e.g., seat post, derailleur, headset, rear shock, etc.) must be borne by the customer.

Bosch Warranty:

Our E-Bikes come with 2 year warranty on all Bosch parts. The warranty begins with the sale of the e-bike, up to a maximum of 48 months from the battery’s date of manufacture.

Bosch e-bike batteries also have a guarantee that within the first 2 years or up to 500 full charge cycles the battery will hold 60% of it’s nominal capacity.

Insurance:

VeloLife offers 90 days of free insurance on your brand new CUBE bike. They will give you 30 days free cover when you sign up and, if you choose to buy a bike policy, they will discount 2 months premium off the cost of the first years cover.
