The easy way to transform your smartphone into an eBike display: Attach the Smartphone Grip to the handlebar, insert your smartphone and open the eBike Flow app. Your smartphone charges wirelessly via the Smartphone Grip while the eBike Flow app reliably guides you to your destination. It shows you all the important ride data – from speed and eBike battery status, to arrival time.

The Ride Screen shows you your speed, the charge level of the eBike battery and the remaining range.

Ergonomic control

Operate the eBike Flow app comfortably via the LED Remote or Mini Remote, enabling both hands to remain on the handlebars.

Secure grip

Whether you’re on paved roads or surfaced paths, the Smartphone Grip holds your smartphone firmly on the handlebar.

The Smartphone Grip lets you charge your smartphone as you ride – either via wireless charging or a cable.

Safe operation on the road

While riding, you control the eBike Flow app via the LED Remote, which is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. With the “right” and “left” buttons you can easily switch between ride screen and navigation without moving your hand. This means that you can ride more safely while also maintaining full control of the display and your eBike. The navigation function reliably takes you to your destination with its clear map display and information on arrival time and distance.

Secure grip

On paved roads or surfaced forest and field paths*, the Smartphone Grip holds the smartphone securely on the handlebar. The innovative and robust mount is suitable for all common smartphones with and without a case.** The back of your smartphone is protected by a rubberised surface; the charging socket and speakers are freely accessible.

*The SmartphoneGrip is not suitable for steps with a height of over 15 cm or for jumps.
**The supported dimensions of the smartphones used incl. camera bump and case are as follows: H: 6.8 –13 mm, W: 67 – 88 mm, L: 123 – 175 mm. Suitable for smartphones up to a total weight of 276 g incl. case. Flip covers and wallet cases are not supported.

Fast switching between different displays

Full modularity and free choice between displays: You can use your smartphone with the SmartphoneGrip or fix the Kiox 300 to the display mount. Kiox 300 is suitable for sporty use, while your smartphone is the ideal display for more relaxed rides, for example, through the city.

Informative charge display

On the left side of the Smartphone Grip is an LED that indicates whether and how your smartphone is charging by means of different colours and light patterns. For example, if the LED is yellow, your smartphone is charging inductively using wireless technology

Individual positioning

Attach the Smartphone Grip to the handlebar near the stem, where you have the best view of the display or where it seems best to you in terms of look and feel. The phone shows different display interfaces depending on where you have positioned the grip.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.

Returns

30 Day UK Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and therefore we offer a 30-day returns policy for any unwanted and unused items that are still within their original packaging. Please be aware that in this instance the customer must cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.

We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you’re returning a faulty item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

All Items will be inspected upon return before issuing a refund.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and refuse the return.
Please return items with a cover letter.
Please retain your proof of postage.
For faulty products, we will refund the return shipping cost upon inspection.
We will also refund the shipping if an incorrect item has been sent to you.
Be aware that we DO NOT refund the returns shipping cost of an unwanted bike. Including Electric Bikes. Be sure before purchasing that it is the correct size and model that you want. Our helpful team are only a phone call away – 01425 403584
The refund processing time can take up to 10 working days.

Warranty & Insurance

CUBE Warranty

Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, CUBE provides customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2011 and older CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 5-year guarantee

Titanium: 5-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 2-year guarantee

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2012 and onwards CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 6-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 3-year guarantee

If a break occurs during this period (from date of sale), CUBE will replace the item with the same or similar. This warranty applies only to the frame. The cost of components necessary for the frame’s function (e.g., seat post, derailleur, headset, rear shock, etc.) must be borne by the customer.

Bosch Warranty:

Our E-Bikes come with 2 year warranty on all Bosch parts. The warranty begins with the sale of the e-bike, up to a maximum of 48 months from the battery’s date of manufacture.

Bosch e-bike batteries also have a guarantee that within the first 2 years or up to 500 full charge cycles the battery will hold 60% of it’s nominal capacity.

Insurance:

VeloLife offers 90 days of free insurance on your brand new CUBE bike. They will give you 30 days free cover when you sign up and, if you choose to buy a bike policy, they will discount 2 months premium off the cost of the first years cover.
