The 2027 Cube Reaction Hybrid Pro 800 is where the Reaction Hybrid range starts to feel like a proper trail bike. Bosch’s 120Nm CX motor and a large 800Wh battery are joined by a RockShox Recon Silver air fork, a Shimano XT rear derailleur, four-piston brakes and a remote dropper seatpost. As a result, it handles technical descents far better than a typical hardtail e-bike, while retaining hardtail efficiency on the climbs.
The Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit delivers up to 120Nm of torque with the smooth, natural feel that makes steep climbs manageable rather than exhausting. The 800Wh PowerTube battery gives serious range, and the frame is PowerMore-ready for a further 250Wh if you need it. A Purion 200 controller with integrated display sits on the top tube, keeping the bars clear.
The RockShox Recon Silver RL air fork provides 120mm of travel — 100mm on the 27.5in small frame — and can be tuned precisely to your weight. Just as importantly, a Cube dropper seatpost with a handlebar lever is fitted as standard, so you can get the saddle out of the way for descents without stopping. Consequently the bike is far more confidence-inspiring pointing downhill than the specification alone suggests.
A Shimano XT RD-M8200 rear derailleur runs a 10-51T cassette, providing precise shifting and a wide range with a clutch to keep the chain quiet. Shimano BR-MT420 four-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203mm rotors front and rear give the stopping power a fast, heavy e-MTB genuinely needs. Because the rotors are large, the brakes also stay consistent on long descents rather than fading.
The Aluminium Superlite frame uses Gravity Casting Technology with Agile Ride Geometry and a fully integrated battery. There’s a pre-installed chain guide, an integrated seat clamp, and mounts for Acid mudguards and a luggage carrier. Furthermore, X-Connect lets a compatible Acid front light plug directly into the headset, and Size Split covers S to XXL with matched wheel sizes.

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.
Small orders should arrive within 3-5 business days and bike orders can take up to 5-10 business days.
