The 2027 Cube Stereo Hybrid One44 HPC SLX Evo 800 is the technology-led version of Cube’s most popular trail e-MTB. It keeps the C:62 carbon front triangle, Fox suspension and Bosch CX drive of the standard SLX, then adds Shimano XT Di2 electronic shifting and an anti-lock braking system. As a result, two of the things riders most often get wrong — shifting under load and braking on loose ground — become considerably easier to get right.
The Shimano XT Di2 rear derailleur shifts electronically, which makes a real difference on an e-bike where drivetrain loads are high. Shifts are fast and consistent whether you’re pedalling gently or putting full power through the cranks, and the system will not mis-shift because a cable has stretched or picked up grit. Furthermore, Di2 allows shifting under load in a way cable systems simply cannot match.
The Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes here run 203mm rotors and incorporate an anti-lock system on the front wheel. On wet roots, loose gravel and steep off-camber sections, that means you can brake harder without washing the front out. Consequently the bike inspires far more confidence in exactly the conditions where most riders lose it.
The Fox 36 Float Performance fork provides 150mm of travel, dropping to 140mm on the small frame, matched by a Fox Float Performance shock giving 140mm at the rear. The C:62 carbon front triangle and aluminium rear end use Cube’s FSP 4-Link design with Agile Trail Geometry and an angle-adjustable headset. Because the frame carries a UDH dropout and advanced internal cable routing, it’s both future-proof and clean.
The Bosch Performance Line CX drive unit provides up to 120Nm of torque, backed by a fully integrated 800Wh PowerTube battery. A Bosch Kiox 400C display gives clear, detailed ride information, and a 4A charger reduces the time it takes to refill the battery. Newmen Performance 30 wheels, Continental Kryptotal 2.4in tyres and a remote dropper post complete the build.

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.
Small orders should arrive within 3-5 business days and bike orders can take up to 5-10 business days.
