Hex Pin Technology That Actually Bites

Forget round pins that spin and lose grip. The F22 uses longer adjustable pins with a unique hex-shaped face that digs into shoe soles for exceptional bite. The pins feature reverse loading (threaded from the back), so there’s less chance of them loosening or getting stuck on the trail. Shorter pins toward the centre create variable concavity that keeps your foot centred while allowing natural movement.

Built to Last, Easy to Service

The F22 retains Hope’s proven internal design: three sealed cartridge bearings and an IGUS bushing provide smooth, durable rotation that shrugs off mud, water, and trail abuse. Internal and external sealing prevents dirt and debris from entering the pedal body. When service time eventually comes, the F22 is fully rebuildable – not destined for the bin like cheaper pedals.

CNC-Machined in the UK

Every F22 platform is CNC-machined at Hope’s Barnoldswick facility from solid aluminum. The revised axle design offers improved strength and impact resistance, so these pedals will handle everything from XC epics to bike park punishment. Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Normally, we aim to pack up and send out your orders on the same day (especially if you order before midday) and you’ll have the option to pick which courier you’d like to use at checkout. All letters will be sent via Royal Mail and all bikes are sent using Paisley Freight. Other items have the option of Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery time is usually two or three working days from dispatch.

In-Store Pick up is also available at checkout, if you’d like to come and pick up in person!

Returns

30 Day UK Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience and therefore we offer a 30-day returns policy for any unwanted and unused items that are still within their original packaging. Please be aware that in this instance the customer must cover the cost of returning an unwanted item.

We cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you’re returning a faulty item, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

All Items will be inspected upon return before issuing a refund.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Items returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and refuse the return.
Please return items with a cover letter.
Please retain your proof of postage.
For faulty products, we will refund the return shipping cost upon inspection.
We will also refund the shipping if an incorrect item has been sent to you.
Be aware that we DO NOT refund the returns shipping cost of an unwanted bike. Including Electric Bikes. Be sure before purchasing that it is the correct size and model that you want. Our helpful team are only a phone call away – 01425 403584
The refund processing time can take up to 10 working days.

Warranty & Insurance

CUBE Warranty

Your CUBE bike is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years with effect from the date of sale. In addition, CUBE provides customers with the following warranty in the event of frame breakage outside the statutory warranty period as follows:

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2011 and older CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 5-year guarantee

Titanium: 5-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 2-year guarantee

For all frames and rigid forks from model year 2012 and onwards CUBE guarantee from the date of sale:

Aluminium: 6-year guarantee

Carbon fibre, aluminium-carbon fibre: 3-year guarantee

If a break occurs during this period (from date of sale), CUBE will replace the item with the same or similar. This warranty applies only to the frame. The cost of components necessary for the frame’s function (e.g., seat post, derailleur, headset, rear shock, etc.) must be borne by the customer.

Bosch Warranty:

Our E-Bikes come with 2 year warranty on all Bosch parts. The warranty begins with the sale of the e-bike, up to a maximum of 48 months from the battery’s date of manufacture.

Bosch e-bike batteries also have a guarantee that within the first 2 years or up to 500 full charge cycles the battery will hold 60% of it’s nominal capacity.
